Job Description
The Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher will guide a classroom of children aged 18 months to 3 years by designing and delivering a developmentally responsive Montessori curriculum. This full-time position involves creating a nurturing, purposeful learning environment that fosters independence, concentration, and social-emotional growth. The Lead Teacher will implement Montessori philosophy with fidelity, observe individual progress to tailor lessons, maintain accurate documentation, and build strong partnerships with families through regular communication. The role includes collaborating with assistant teachers and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience aligned with Montessori standards. Ideal candidates hold a Montessori credential for toddler-aged children and demonstrate passion for early childhood development and inclusive teaching.
