Responsibilities
- Perform adult echocardiography studies (2D and Doppler) to support diagnostic evaluation.
- Acquire high-quality images, optimize machine settings, and ensure accurate data capture for interpretation.
- Prepare and review studies, including basic interpretation and documentation for the cardiology team.
- Position patients, monitor safety, and manage patient flow during imaging procedures.
- Maintain equipment, adhere to infection control and QA standards, and document all procedures per protocol.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other care team members to coordinate timely exams and accurate reporting.

Requirements
- Certification: AHA BLS required; RDCS or CCI certification (or registry eligible) as applicable; Registry status must be current or eligible.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent echocardiography/cardiology experience.
- Licensing/credentials: Licensed/certified as appropriate for theEcho Tech role; ability to work in a hospital setting; eligible for travel assignment.
- General: Ability to work a 10-hour shift schedule and adapt to varying start times within a hospital environment.
