**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and employees in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
+ Monitor access control and verify identification for individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Provide customer service by addressing questions and concerns, and assisting with directions or information as required.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
