Job Title: On- Site Administrator

Shift Schedule: 1st shift (8AM to 4PM)

Job Type: Full time

Location: Swainsboro, GA

The Administrator is the primary contact between the SelecSource associates and Client. The duties and responsibilities listed below are to be performed without exception and to the highest degree of excellence possible. The admin is required to maintain the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of fulfilling their duty to client, associates and the employer.

Primary responsibility:

The primary duty of the Onsite Admin is to ensure the overall success of the account by driving and maintaining associates’ performance in both productivity and quality.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation procedures.
• Provide clerical support to managers and employees, assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organizing and maintaining records and files
• Assisting HR with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Perform associate performance evaluations & reviews
• Complete and fax daily performance & attendance data updates
• Complete & submit all reports, forms, and requests as required to both SelecSource and client
• Update client specific procedures in operating procedures manual if applicable
• Comply & conform to client operating procedures manual and methods
• Assure adequate & visible presence at the client site
