Thin Client Refresh Specialist
IDR is seeking a Thin Client Refresh Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Marietta, GA . This role involves supporting healthcare environments through endpoint device upgrades and refreshes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The company is a leader in the healthcare industry, focusing on patient care and operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Thin Client Refresh Specialist:
- Responsible for installing, upgrading, and refreshing thin client devices at various healthcare facility locations.
- Support end users during the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Comply with strict dress code and safety policies, including flu vaccination requirements.
- Travel between multiple sites as needed, with an emphasis on minimizing travel when possible.
- Collaborate with the team to complete refresh cycles within the specified project duration.
Requirements for the Thin Client Refresh Specialist:
- 23 years of experience conducting installs and refreshes for thin clients.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn; can be trained if needed.
- Experience working in healthcare environments is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at Wellstar locations Monday through Friday and travel as needed.
