We are seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our brand-new, privately owned clinic in Statesboro. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about patient care, professional growth, and helping shape the future of a clinic from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $100,000, based on experience
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $10,000 in year 1, with increases in year 2

Position Highlights

• Location: Statesboro, GA
• License: Clear and active Georgia PT license required
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a practicing Physical Therapist
• Leadership: No prior leadership experience required – mentorship and training provided
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: November 2024

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care (60-minute sessions to start, transitioning to 40 minutes as caseload grows)
• Collaborate with a hands-on clinic owner who manages schedules and billing
• Participate in marketing, advertising, and community outreach initiatives to build clinic visibility
• Oversee and mentor new team members, contributing to professional development and clinic culture
• Utilize Prompt EMR system for clinical documentation and patient management
• Treat a wide range of patients across orthopedic, balance, and vestibular care, tailored to your clinical interests
