As a Senior Analyst BCG Vantage in a client focused role, you will join BCG's MSP (Marketing, Sales & Pricing) as part of a growing global team. You will deliver client value through your individual expertise and by leveraging institutionalized BCG Vantage assets, and by building institutional capabilities. Additionally, analytics is at the heart of this role you will work with SQL, Python, and Excel to help solve client pricing and revenue management challenges.
To succeed in this role, a genuine curiosity about AI is important. You will have the chance to help shape how we use new AI-driven tools and approaches to solve problems in fresh, innovative ways. A core part of this role will also be helping embed AI within our TCI pricing work building new tools and enabling teams across the practice to adopt and use them effectively.
You will support cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
Additionally, as a Senior Analyst BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business in conjunction with business leaders and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/industry expertise.
Pricing is an integral topic in our MSP practice area, spanning across several industries. You will be working at the intersection of pricing and our TCI (Travel, Cities & Infrastructure) practice area, focusing on revenue management in the travel & tourism sector. Along with that you have the opportunity to work with topic leadership to develop our IP and client offering, as well as supporting topic teams with analysis, tool development, and subject matter expertise to deliver revenue management projects for our travel & tourism clients.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- AI experimentation and demonstrate curiosity in finding new ways of solving problems with AI including collaborative AI tools used across teams is a plus
- Building complex analytical models (mix and matching SQL and excel and python where relevant)
- Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in B2C pricing & revenue management, specifically for the travel & tourism industry
- Communicating with case team members and clients team members, in a credible and confident way
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
- Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of consulting experience in travel revenue management required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree required, preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced technical and analytical skills, including RM pricing capabilities, quantitative modeling, and hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Python strongly preferred
- Experience with AI strongly preferred, including experience building AI tools including collaborative AI tools for use across teams
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Who You'll Work With
As a Senior Analyst BCG Vantage, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG team members. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and of a diverse pool of BCG Vantage positions that allow us to pursue exciting, innovative BCG Vantage careers.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $115,700.00 - $119,500.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 24% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
