As part of the Quality Engineering team you are to advocate and uphold the standards, industry-leading practices and protocols outlined in the quality assurance and testing framework. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
What Sets You Apart
- ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications
- Advocating and upholding quality assurance standards
- Participating in reviews of user stories
- Working closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects
- Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability
- Displaying proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Offering UAT support and maintaining QA environments
- Conducting regular reviews of quality assurance metrics
- Collaborating with DevOps engineering team
