Inpatient Surgical (MedSurg) - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney.

Special Requests:Strict 75-mile radius rule.

Unit Details:Inpatient surgical Med-Surg unit.Telemetry patients are monitored on different units.Uses BiPAP, CPAP only at HS, Vapotherm, Draegar.

Shift & Scheduling:Every other weekend.On call for low census.Holidays rotate with permanent staff.

Floating Requirements:MedSurg floats to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver's license required for submission
