Position Summary:
The Lead is a peer leadership role selected quarterly from the Associate team based on performance and leadership readiness. The Lead carries a full Associate caseload while also serving as the first point of escalation, mentoring team members, and coordinating daily workflow. This is a development opportunity that rewards top performers with additional responsibility and compensation. Continuation beyond one quarter is based on performance evaluation.
Job Duties:
• Carry a full Associate workload: calls, claims, delivery support, orders, saves, and virtual store support
• Serve as first escalation point for Associates before issues reach the Assistant Manager
• Mentor and support team members with real-time coaching during shifts
• Coordinate daily workflow, break coverage, and channel assignments
• Monitor team adherence to quality standards and flag concerns to Assistant Manager
• Lead team huddles and share updates on priorities, process changes, and performance goals
• Model excellence in guest interactions, saves techniques, and cross-functional knowledge
• Provide input to Assistant Manager and Manager on Associate performance and development
• Maintain personal performance standards while fulfilling leadership duties
Required Qualifications:
· Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required;
· Experience: Currently serving as Associate, Guest Solutions in good employment standing.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
· Physical Demands: Lifting (10lbs), Standing (25% of Time), Travel (0% of Time)
· Work Environment: Office Setting
· Schedule: Weekdays, Evenings, and Weekends.
