Senior Product Manager - Remote

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on Product Manager who is passionate about playing a key role in the rapidly growing Hybrid IT automation market. In this role, you'll bring best-in-class solutions to life, supporting the seamless automation of workloads and data across complex IT environments. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll contribute to the continued evolution of innovative solutions that drive success for our customers across various industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, travel, and technology.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America, with a preference for those in the Atlanta, GA area. For remote candidates, quarterly travel to our headquarters in Atlanta will be required. This position will report to the Chief Product Officer.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experience: Strong background in enterprise software, with the ability to engage across all areas of the company, including sales, marketing, services, and support.

IT Automation Expertise: Proven expertise in IT automation, with experience in solutions such as job scheduling, workload automation, or service orchestration & automation platforms. Experience in these areas will be an asset.

Product Launch Success: A track record of successfully managing product launches and rolling out new product versions, including both SaaS and private cloud solutions.

Communicating Business Value: Exceptional ability to communicate the business value of products at all levels, from executives to hands-on users.

Agile Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle and a history of defining product requirements, gathering customer input, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, including cloud vendors, DevOps, data platforms, and major application ecosystems. Familiarity with legacy platforms is a plus.

Curiosity and Passion: A natural curiosity and passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest technologies, including AI/ML, containers, and more.

Customer Engagement: Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in various settings—small group discussions, larger conferences, or webinars.

Problem-Solving: Skilled at navigating challenging customer situations and resolving escalations effectively.

Sales Insight: A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle for complex IT management solutions, including buyer personas, competitive analysis, and customer migration strategies.

Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset, contributing to product positioning, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and supporting innovation in the product portfolio.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within North America, with occasional travel to Europe and other regions.
