Senior Product Manager - Remote
Experience: Strong background in enterprise software, with the ability to engage across all areas of the company, including sales, marketing, services, and support. IT Automation Expertise: Proven expertise in IT automation, with experience in solutions such as job scheduling, workload automation, or service orchestration & automation platforms. Experience in these areas will be an asset. Product Launch Success: A track record of successfully managing product launches and rolling out new product versions, including both SaaS and private cloud solutions. Communicating Business Value: Exceptional ability to communicate the business value of products at all levels, from executives to hands-on users. Agile Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle and a history of defining product requirements, gathering customer input, and collaborating with key stakeholders. Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, including cloud vendors, DevOps, data platforms, and major application ecosystems. Familiarity with legacy platforms is a plus. Curiosity and Passion: A natural curiosity and passion for staying ahead of the curve on the latest technologies, including AI/ML, containers, and more. Customer Engagement: Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in various settings—small group discussions, larger conferences, or webinars. Problem-Solving: Skilled at navigating challenging customer situations and resolving escalations effectively. Sales Insight: A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle for complex IT management solutions, including buyer personas, competitive analysis, and customer migration strategies. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset, contributing to product positioning, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and supporting innovation in the product portfolio.
