Front Office Administrator
Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact at our main office. This role is responsible for handling front desk operations while also supporting accounting, onboarding, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to balance multiple priorities in a busy construction company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and provide professional front desk support.
Process employee expenses in the company’s accounting system.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels using the company card.
Order and manage office supply inventory.
Assist the finance department with invoice processing and filing.
Complete onboarding tasks for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork and processes are handled accurately.
Maintain organized records and support general office operations.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, front office, or accounting support role preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional and approachable demeanor.
able to be at the office at least by 7:45 AM and stay until 4 PM or later as needed.

Work Environment:
This is a front-office position located at our Covington GA office. The Front Desk Administrator interacts daily with employees, management, vendors, and visitors.
