We are a boutique real estate office with a portfolio of student housing properties in Athens, GA. Our mission is to provide students with high-quality, well-managed living options while maintaining strong and professional relationships with tenants. We’re seeking a polished, motivated, and skilled professional who can combine digital skills with confident communication to deliver an outstanding experience for both students renters and their parents.
Position Overview
The Leasing Coordinator & Digital Marketing is the key connection point between our properties, and student residents. You’ll manage online marketing, advertising, and CRM systems to keep our portfolio visible and competitive — while also serving as a professional, approachable representative of our company. This role requires the ability to communicate with students in a relatable way and with parents in a confident, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (AppFolio) for lead tracking, tenant communications, and reporting.
- Create and maintain online listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and other syndicated platforms.
- Oversee and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to connect with student renters.
- Track and analyze advertising effectiveness and lead conversion.
- Conduct property tours and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with students and parents regarding leasing terms, policies, and payments.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM systems, digital marketing, sales, or customer service (internships count).
- Polished communication skills — able to adapt tone for students and parents.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
