Creative Marketing Designer - eCommerce
- Create compelling graphics and visuals to support buying guides, knowledge articles, product education pages, promos and more.
- Build and design promotional and lifecycle emails (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Newsletter and Promo Campaigns).
- Develop and publish engaging social content through Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Produce short-form videos and visual assets to enhance campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with writers, SEO, and marketing leads to keep the email and social content calendar on track.
- Monitor creative performance and implement data-driven updates and optimizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, etc.. relevant work experience will be considered
- 3+ years of digital marketing design and execution experience, ideally in eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email, social media, and content creative work.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, and video editing tools.
- Hands-on experience designing creative assets for email campaigns, social platforms, and short-form video content.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and deliver on deadlines.
- Creative problem solver who can make technical topics approachable and engaging.
