Housekeeper

The responsibilities will include general housekeeping duties: mopping,, vacuuming, wash dishes if dish washer is inoperable, otherwise load dishwasher, keep kitchen clean and clear of dishes in the sink. Insure kitchen is swept and mopped daily during work hours. Laundry, both wash and pickup if needed. Prepare meals on request from employer only. Employee is welcome to prepare own personal meals without permission. I like to cook so that would be a shared event at times. If have own transportation, all common maintenance of car will be provided by the employee, ie: oil filter change, oil changes, car washes, wipers, bulbs, filters, air in tires, tire rotations. Any major repair will be assisted, not paid by the employer, ie: 1/4 to 1/2 in monetary assistance once approved by a certified mechanic of the employer's choosing. Assist with service dog, a Giant Schnauzer, which you have to be fine with dogs and any additional pets added by the employer. includes feeding, walking, bathing between grooming appointments and assist owner with the continued training of service dog. No particular duties, just as needed on request of employer during work hours. If the employee chooses to do after hours with dog will be completely voluntary of the employee and never mandatory. Responsible for maintaining the groceries in the home. Money for any household necessities will be requested by the employee. This will be their sole responsibility unless stated otherwise. Any travel within the employees car with employer riding, outside of city limits will generate 1 1/2x pay until back at home base. If it overnight is required 1 1/2 and responsibilities will end at midnight of that day and employee will be off with no penalty but all financial responsibilities will be on the employer. All other details and particulars can be disgusted in person during interview or trial process. Will always try to make sure that whomever is chosen to be my live-in will always be treated with respect and dignity and any family events sponsored by employer will always include my employee, not as nothing more than a participant or more assisting me then, because I would usually take over the menu. I would then need my employee to feel free to make sure that I DON'T SCREW THINGS UP.
