Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Technicianto join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you’ll help ensure our properties are clean, safe, functional, and appealing. Whether it’s troubleshooting HVAC systems, landscaping, or repairing drywall, your positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as your technical know-how.

This is a contract-to-hireopportunity offering a relaxed and supportive work environment, with opportunities to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Perform seasonal maintenance such as leaf cleanup and snow removal
• Conduct property walk-throughs and prepare for inspections
• Maintain maintenance inventory and follow safety protocols
• Operate a wide range of tools (hand and power) and landscape equipment
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 24–48 hours
• Collaborate with property management and team members
• Assist with special projects and respond to emergency or on-call duties

Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in general or property maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to use tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, drills, saws, and blowers
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, helpful, and dependable work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred for operating company vehicle or golf cart
