CS CALL CTR EXPERT - TEMP TO HIRE

AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR RECENT COLLEGE GRADS W/ 4 YR DEGREE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER EXPERT NEEDED FOR FORTUNE 500 AUTO FINANCE COMPANY IN ALPHARETTA (NEAR THE AVALON) GREAT TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY - TRAINING STARTS MAY 6TH PAY - $21 hr. MUST HAVES - A bachelors degree in any field and a minimum of 2 yrs call center experience. Will be handling all incoming customer account call inquires ranging from;

• Taking payments
• Scheduling pymt arrangements
• Bringing past due accounts current
• Issues concerning account
• Updating information on account

TRAINING - 2-3 weeks from 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday AFTER TRNG - 3 Days a week from either 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and the remaining 2 days of the week from 11am - 8pm. 2 Saturdays a month from 8am - 12pm ***Typical time frame to perm is between 10 -12 months*** BENEFITS ONCE PERM:
