Office Manager - Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

About the Role:

Allyant EMS is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider committed to excellence in patient care and operational performance. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and driven Office Manager to oversee day today coordination of field crews, dispatch operations, compliance documentation, and patient communication.


This position is ideal for candidates looking to develop professionally within the healthcare operations and transportation logistics field. The right candidate will play a critical role in helping the company scale and will be considered for future leadership advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily crew schedules, shift assignments, and dispatch coverage.
• Oversee accurate and timely submission of electronic patient care reports (ePCRs)
• Coordinate with hospitals, dialysis centers, and case managers for trip logistics.
• Track and maintain compliance documentation including PCS forms and transport authorizations.
• Monitor field performance and communicate with EMT teams regarding route changes or patient concerns.
• Ensure all contractor and employee onboarding documentation is up to date.
• Maintain insurance verification logs, scheduling records, and fleet readiness reports.
• Support reporting for KPIs, incident tracking, and operations performance.
• Lead communication between field and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• EMT certification highly preferred but not required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, logistics, dispatch, or operations role.
• Proven ability to manage scheduling and coordinate multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Experience with ePCR platforms, Homebase, Google Workspace, or comparable systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid transport documentation is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills.
