Now Hiring: Executive Chef – Modern Latin Restaurant
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of our modern Latin restaurant , where tradition meets innovation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of Latin American cuisine, a passion for bold flavors, and a proven track record of excellence in high-volume, upscale kitchens.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary identity of one of the city’s most exciting Latin-inspired dining destinations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all back-of-house operations, including prep, service, and execution.
- Lead menu development that is creative, seasonal, and culturally authentic.
- Manage and mentor the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Build strong relationships with local purveyors and source high-quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to create a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of executive chef experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Expertise in Latin American cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- A strong culinary vision and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costing, and inventory control.
- High attention to detail with a creative and disciplined approach to menu planning.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent required.
