Human Resources Culture Specialist
As an HR Specialist focusing on Company Culture and Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational culture, team member morale, and overall engagement. This role requires a combination of HR or management expertise, communication skills, and a passion for creating a workplace where team members thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers various HR programs and processes, such as the team member rewards and recognition program.
- Implements team member training for engagement, culture, and development initiatives.
- Drives the development and implementation of team member feedback avenues including engagement surveys, skip-level and stay interviews, and new hire check-ins.
- Reviews data trends through various feedback platforms and finds innovative ways to engage and retain team members and top talent.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives that drive culture.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and industry trends related to employee engagement and workplace culture. Integrate relevant findings into the development and enhancement of culture-focused initiatives.
- Maintain various WellStreet social media platforms, including the team member intranet, and third-party employment-related social networks to boost external views of WellStreet.
- Assists with various annual HR processes such as performance management.
- Consults and coordinates closely with corporate HR staff on recruiting, benefits, HRIS, labor relations, communications, and other HR matters.
- Provides an open door and timely, consistent follow-up for employee questions, complaints, and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), preferably UKG and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in human resource management or health care management.
- SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.
