Job Summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia. This position is ideal for new graduate PTAs or experienced clinicians , as prior inpatient experience is not required.

The PTA hired will work in a modern, patient-focused hospital environment alongside a highly qualified interdisciplinary team.

Position Overview

This role is based at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center , a state-of-the-art 183,000 square foot facility featuring 76 inpatient beds , all private rooms, and a collaborative care environment.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will support patient care under the direction of Physical Therapists, working with a diverse inpatient population to help patients regain function, mobility, and independence.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Optional weekend acute care rotation (not required)

• Consistent schedule supporting strong work-life balance

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or equivalent standing)

• Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• New graduate PTAs encouraged to apply

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients and clinical staff
