**Who We Are:**

As a premier woodcare contractor, we handle all exterior woodcare needs, including fence and deck staining, cleaning services, and fence repairs and installations. We pride ourselves on our commitment to top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, while also making a positive impact in our community.

**Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:**

- Pressure Washing and Soft Washing Homes, Roofs, Gutters, Concrete, etc.

- Sanding and Staining Exterior Wood Fences, Decks, and Log Cabins

- Performing Minor Repairs on Decks and Fences

- Heavy Lifting (you'll feel the burn, but in a good way!)

- Occasional Ladder & Lift Work

- Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards within agreed timeframes

- Maintaining equipment and tools used in daily tasks

- Complying with all safety regulations

- Reporting on project status and any issues encountered to the supervising manager

- Participating in training and team meetings as required

**Preferred Experience:**

- Previous experience in soft washing homes and wood restoration is a plus!

**Requirements:**

- Ability to handle a physical workload and lift heavy items

- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

- Reliable transportation to various work sites

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Background check and clean driving record required

- Must be available to work a Monday-Thursday schedule
