Sr HR Manager

**_Senior HR Manager - Commercial for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)_** **_RESPONSIBILITIES:_** + Play a critical and influential role in shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell Building Automation. + Responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the Commercial functions, ensuring the alignment of HR programs and practices with business objectives. + Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. + Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization. + Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assigned functional leaders. + Specifically, support the following functions: marketing, pricing, channel, sales excellence and sales. + Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. + Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI's. + Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations. + Coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation. + Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates. + Deliver talent management processes, organizational assessments, earning strategies, and leadership development. + Implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs. + Develop, implement and improve HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 7 years progressive HR experience with a complex multinational company. + Must have 7 years of experience with the following: experience of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. + Must have 5 years experience with the following: experience in a global and matrixed organization; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities and execution. + Must have a SHRM-SCP certification. + Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. + Up to 5% domestic and international travel required. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Job Site: Atlanta, GA + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
