- Serve existing and potential customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Establish new accounts by identifying high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.
- Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.
- Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment
- Engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
- Provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration, problem resolution and implementation of established organization products.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide routine and special service support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges.
- Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, maintain product inventories.
- Assist with the installation, calibration and maintenance equipment.
- May assist with training customers.
- Interacts with operator level.
- Associates degree or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or related field experience
- 3 years relevant experience in the oilfield services industry
- Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives
- Experience selling to customer needs/requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Negotiation skills
