We are seeking a WMS Configuration Analyst (Manhattan WMOS) to join our dynamic supply chain technology team. In this role, youll play a key part in configuring, testing, and maintaining Manhattan WMOS solutions that power efficient warehouse operations for our clients. Youll work closely with business users and functional consultants to ensure system settings, rules, and workflows accurately reflect operational requirements.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on WMS work, troubleshooting system behaviour, and optimizing performance in a live operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration & Setup

· Configure Manhattan WMOS parameters, screens, workflows, and rules according to business requirements.

· Participate in system setup, data loading, and configuration validation activities.

· Support functional design by translating process requirements into system configurations.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

· Develop and execute functional and regression test cases.

· Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business teams to validate configuration outcomes.

· Document and resolve issues identified during testing and go-live phases.

3. Production Support & Troubleshooting

· Monitor system performance and transactional data to identify configuration or process issues.

· Provide day-to-day operational support for WMOS environments.

· Conduct root cause analysis and assist in implementing fixes or enhancements.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

· Maintain detailed configuration documentation, SOPs, and system reference guides.

· Provide training and support for super-users and operational stakeholders.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

· Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to align technical configurations with operational goals.

· Recommend process improvements and configuration optimizations to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· 510 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with at least 35 years in Manhattan WMOS configuration.

· Strong hands-on experience in system configuration, setup, and parameter management within WMOS.

· Good understanding of warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control.

· Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify data discrepancies, and propose effective solutions.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites (within driving distance preferred).
