Front Desk/ Blueprint Specialist

ACRA Printing & Signs is looking for a sharp, high-energy Front Desk Coordinator & Blueprint Specialist to join our team on West Bankhead Highway. We aren’t just a print shop; we are the engine room for local contractors, architects, and business owners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision meets personality, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Front House: Greet walk-in clients, manage the phones, and turn inquiries into organized work orders.

• Blueprint Mastery: Use specialized software and wide-format plotters to produce precision-scaled engineering drawings. You’ll be the hero who ensures the contractor's scale is 100% accurate every time.

• Production & Finishing: Handle the "hands-on" side of printing—trimming, binding, and quality-checking sets to ensure they are job-site ready.

• Digital Problem Solving: Review customer files for resolution and layout issues, acting as the final line of defense for quality control.

What We Need From You:

• Detail Obsession: You understand that in blueprints, a fraction of an inch matters.

• Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with PDFs, Windows, and learning new print-driver software.

• People Skills: You can handle a rush of contractors on a Monday morning with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.

• Physical Agility: You’re ready to stand, move, and lift 50 lb paper rolls when the plotters need a reload.

salary: $17 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of ACRA: Manage the front counter with energy and professionalism, handling everything from phone inquiries to project consultations.

• Master the Blueprint: Take charge of our wide-format department, ensuring architectural drawings are scaled to perfection and bound for the job site.

• Digital Workflow: Manage print queues, verify file resolutions, and ensure every job—from business cards to fleet graphics—is set up for success.

• Precision & Quality: Perform final quality checks to ensure our "Villa Rica Proud" standards are met on every order.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
