The Workforce Planning Senior Skills Consultant will be a part of the People Strategy & Insights Center of Excellence (COE) and will support the development of an enterprise-wide thorough strategic workforce skills planning methodology, framework & process (including the scoping of technology investments required). This role will also support in operationalizing and executing the strategic workforce skills planning methodology, framework & process, compiling and applying lessons learned to iteratively improve and standardize the process of skills planning across the Bank. This role will partner with key stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Real Estate) to translate Truist's enterprise, line of business (LOB) and function strategies into both short term and long-term skills planning that enables:- Data-driven decision making on how skills can support specific business strategies
- Proactively anticipating talent investments with strategies to drive enterprise/LOB or function imperatives
