Job Description
The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO):
The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. We enable our customers to migrate their most sensitive data and workloads to the cloud, accelerating our business so that we are the most trusted SaaS provider. We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact
We are looking for a Product Manager to design and scale enterprise workflows and tools that connect strategy to execution. In this role, you will build and manage our integrated work management solution (ServiceNow SPM/PPM/CWM), enabling consistency, alignment, and visibility across strategic planning, project delivery, and risk management.
You’ll partner closely with executives and operational teams to define frameworks, build workflows, and create data models that support real-world needs — ensuring that work at every level, from OKRs to tasks, is connected and traceable.
What you get to do in this role:
Design, implement, and manage an integrated work management solution using ServiceNow (SPM/PPM/CWM).
Build scalable frameworks for managing all levels of work — OKRs, programs, projects, epics, stories, and tasks.
Establish workflows for capacity planning, resource forecasting, investment planning, and risk alignment.
Define and maintain flexible data structures and relationships that ensure traceability across initiatives.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate current processes, design new solutions, and drive adoption.
Define reporting requirements with senior leadership to deliver meaningful insights on investments, risk, services, and operations.
Drive organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of workflows and tools.
Support ongoing platform maintenance and scalability as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
12+ Years of experience designing and scaling enterprise workflows for companies the same size or larger than ServiceNow
Experience architecting and configuring enterprise work management solutions (ServiceNow experience required)
Strong understanding of OKRs, Agile workflows, capacity planning, portfolio management, and investment tracking.
Proven ability to design scalable data models and business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and business teams.
A background in business operations, program management, or enterprise systems is highly desirable.
