Inventory and Volunteer Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )
- Receive, inspect, and categorize donated merchandise from retail and manufacturing partners
- Photograph and describe items for listings on the e-shop platform
- Monitor inventory levels and flag items that are overstocked or nearing expiration
- Help onboard and train new inventory volunteers on sorting and cataloging procedures
- Coordinate volunteer schedules
- Communicate volunteer needs and challenges to the Executive Director
Inventory and Volunteer Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Prior experience with inventory management is preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online product listings is preferred
