Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
