Who We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and eager to help. You're a multitasker who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, doesn't wait to be asked, and genuinely cares about the people around you — both your teammates and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate employee
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of
• Collect potential client information when necessary
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings and set up Zoom calls and other virtual meetings
• Perform general administrative duties including scanning, printing, and organizing documents
• Order and manage office supplies to keep the office fully stocked
• Restock and maintain the restrooms, break room, and common areas (drinks, snacks, paper products, etc.)
• Ensure the printer and office equipment are always in working order and stocked
• Assist team members with day-to-day administrative needs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English — must be fully fluent in both (required)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Friendly, hardworking, and a true team player
• Comfortable with basic office tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing
• Experience with Filevine or Lead Docket is a plus but not required
