Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards and health regulations.

Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the kitchen and dining area.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Assist with food prep such as assembling sandwiches, chopping ingredients, and brewing coffee.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Perform light to moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.) for restocking and inventory tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Must pass a federal background check.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
