Executive Assistant
- An exceptional ability to build strong relationships with many types of people in a variety of roles, especially executive leadership
- Previous experience scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executives
- Outstanding ability to proactively solve problems and prioritize time and tasks
- Are trustworthy, reliable, and maintain strict confidentiality
- Past experience being a strategic thought partner to executives
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being asked
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for keeping key stakeholders aligned and informed
- A proven track record of stepping beyond the traditional EA role to take on projects and responsibilities that support broader business goals
- An unwavering commitment to excellence and a “no-task-is-too-small” attitude
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic situations
- Build relationships with the executive you support as well as their teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Shadow the executives to understand their preferences, communication style and key contacts.
- Become familiar with Flock - learn our OKRs, company history, roadmap, culture, product suite and more.
- Start driving the agenda for recurring team meetings and ensure updates from members are captured before the meeting. Stay on top of any action items that stem from these meetings.
- Become familiar with the executives calendars and travel, understand how you can better optimize meetings and the travel experience.
- Create templates for common documents, emails and reports to save time and ensure consistency.
- Proactively anticipate the executive's needs and prepare for last-minute requests
- Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives
- Elevate travel for the executives by collecting pre-work before customer meetings to ensure the most efficient, well-run meetings.
- Collaborate with the executives to establish goals for the next quarter, create an action plan with clear milestones and deadlines.
- Closely maintain the calendar of the CEO, and play a key role in accelerating the pact with which their teams operate.

You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
- The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
