Salary and Work Arrangements:

• Starting at a competitive $24/hr, subject to increase based on experience, inclusive of lucrative shift premiums.
• Premiums: $0.50/hr for second shift and $1/hr for the night shift.
• Shift Details: Evening 3pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 7am, Morning 7am - 3pm.
• Training preparedness for any shift, especially mornings, is necessary.
• Work Schedule: Primarily Mon-Fri, with occasional Saturdays during peak demands.

Your Duties:

• Configuring and adjusting machines for optimal safety and performance.
• Leads machine setup, resolves errors, performs changes, and ensures preventive maintenance.
• Guides colleagues in training sessions and supports with overtime duties.
• Reviews product output for quality assurance and commits to waste reduction.
• Adheres strictly to safety guidelines.
• Supports additional responsibilities as they arise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Academic requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in the envelope field is mandatory.
• Expert in mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Adept with basic mathematics, ruler usage, and introductory computer skills.
• Adaptability for diverse machine tasks is key.

Work and Physical Expectations:

• Routine activities include standing, walking, lifting, and more.
• Ability to lift discussions up to 55 pounds with assistance.
• Work alongside production equipment with noise, inks, etc.
• Operational efficiency in temperature variation and remaining vigilant with machinery is crucial.
• Must manage rapid-paced workflow in standing positions throughout shifts.
