Titans Law is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to handle property line disputes and related real property litigation matters in Statesboro, Georgia and surrounding counties.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation-ready attorney who understands Georgia civil procedure, real property law, boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession claims, and injunctive relief — and wants the infrastructure and consistent case flow to focus on high-level advocacy.

About the Role

You will handle contested property line and boundary dispute matters in Georgia state courts from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting and arguing motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and other dispositive motions
• Preparing complaints for quiet title, declaratory relief, ejectment, trespass, and injunctive relief
• Managing written discovery, depositions, and expert coordination (including surveyors and title experts)
• Conducting hearings, case management conferences, and mediations
• Evaluating property rights, chain of title issues, and adverse possession claims
• Developing strategic litigation plans in real property disputes
• Negotiating resolutions where appropriate
• Preparing cases for bench or jury trial when necessary

We are specifically seeking someone comfortable litigating in Georgia Superior Courts with a strong command of Georgia Civil Practice Act procedures and evidentiary standards.

Contract Structure

This is a contract-based position ideal for an independent attorney seeking flexibility while leveraging firm infrastructure. Compensation structure will be competitive and based on experience and scope of engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• Demonstrated experience handling real property litigation matters
• Experience litigating in Georgia Superior Courts
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Deposition and evidentiary hearing experience
• Ability to independently manage a litigation docket
• Strong understanding of boundary law, easements, adverse possession, and quiet title actions
• Trial experience preferred
