A school district in Dalton, GA, is seeking dedicated Instructional Aides to provide essential support to students on a per diem, as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually (1:1) or in small groups under the guidance of teachers and school staff

• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to pass a TB test and obtain/maintain required clearances prior to starting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to work
