Hiring Preschool & Pre-K Teachers!
Summary Are you excited about guiding the early developmental journey of our youngest learners? Do you have a knack for creating fun, educational experiences for three-year-olds? We want you to join our dedicated team as a Preschool Teacher! As a Pre-School Teacher (K3), you will create and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children. Your duties include fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, monitoring and documenting student progress, and maintaining classroom organization. You will work closely with parents and other staff to support each child's educational journey. A CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education and at least one year of preschool teaching experience is required. Requirements:
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
- Llove for teaching and helping children grow.
- Relevant certifications are a plus!
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate and engage 3-year-olds.
- Create a safe, inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and independence.
- Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians.
- Implement strategies to manage behavior positively and effectively, promoting a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Engage students in creative activities.
- CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience in curriculum planning.
- Bilingual abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool education.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, especially 3-year-olds, in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and building meaningful relationships with young children and their families.
- A nurturing and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
