Mobile Service Technician

Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! Experience is preferred but not required. In this role, you’ll travel in our Mobile Service van to customer homes and workplaces to perform maintenance services, recalls and more... Responsibilities * Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty * Engage with a variety of customers daily and represent the dealership professionally * Organize and prepare for scheduled mobile appointments * Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders in a clean and efficient manner * Communicate regularly with the Mobile Service Coordinator, the Parts Department and the Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication * Accurately document vehicle repairs and work performed on repair orders * Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training * Work occasionally in challenging weather conditions * Drive and maintain the Mobile Service van responsibly Qualifications * Detail-oriented and organized * Valid driver’s license (required) * ASE/Manufacturer certifications desirable (Ford certifications are a plus, but not mandatory) * Previous Service Technician experience preferred * Strong comfort level using tablets and other technology Job Type Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits * 401(k) with matching * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid time off * Employee discount Schedule * 8-hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person (Cartersville, GA 30120) We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
