Summary:
We’re looking for a professional bartender who moves with purpose, takes pride in every drink, and delivers sharp, friendly service from open to close. No drama, no excuses—just strong work ethic and solid teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all beverages quickly, accurately, and to spec
- Provide attentive, genuine, and efficient guest service at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout the shift
- Handle cards, and tabs accurately and responsibly
- Support servers and other bartenders; step in wherever needed
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Uphold all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work without being asked twice
Requirements:
- Hustle: You move fast, stay busy, and handle volume without melting down
- No whining: You handle pressure, feedback, and busy shifts like a pro
- No gossip: You keep it professional—no drama, no stirring the pot
- Team player: You help others, communicate clearly, and cover when needed
- Guest-focused: You’re friendly, direct, and solution-oriented with every guest
- Strong bar knowledge: Classic cocktails, beer, wine, basic spirits knowledge
- Reliable: You show up on time, ready to work, every shift
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
