Impact Summary:

The Software Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining MTech Aerospace’s advanced web-based applications for the aerospace industry. By supporting mission-critical engineering tools, this position directly contributes to high-performance aerospace design efforts. The role requires a balance of full-stack software development and technical support to internal users, enhancing system functionality, data visualization, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C# (.NET), JavaScript, SQL Server, and VueJS.

· Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, test, and refine software tools.

· Participate in code reviews, development planning sessions, and agile ceremonies.

· Utilize front-end frameworks (VueJS, ThreeJS) to develop responsive, interactive user interfaces for data-driven tools.

· Test software for scalability, performance, and reliability across the web stack.

· Maintain technical documentation and adhere to version control best practices.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team knowledge sharing.

· Technical Expertise: Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies (VueJS or React).

· Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

· Hands-on experience with C# (ASP.NET), SQL Server, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks

· Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as ThreeJS is a plus.

· Experience working in a collaborative development environment with version control (e.g., Git).

· Ability to work on-site 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility

· US Security Clearance level SECRET preferred.

· Must be a US Citizen able to receive and maintain a US Security Clearance to a minimum level of SECRET
