Dentist in Private Office

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable office that is seeking an associate dentist. This private office has many established patients already and many new patients each month. Their current dentist is retiring after many years at the office. They have a great patient base that have been coming to this office for decades!
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting a CEREC and more. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together.
They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist, but would consider new grads as well, since they can provide mentoring. The office has plenty of space (with 10 operatories) and plenty of patients!
General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist that can practice independently at the office.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
