Summary
The Corporate / Call Center Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and contact center operations. This role develops and executes data-driven recruiting strategies designed to attract, hire, and retain top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Recruiting Manager partners strategically with leadership to support workforce planning initiatives, organizational growth, and operational staffing goals.
This position oversees talent pipeline development, recruitment analytics, employer branding initiatives, recruiting technology platforms, and recruitment committee activities to ensure hiring effectiveness and a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about talent acquisition and workforce development.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute strategic, data-driven recruiting initiatives to support corporate and call center staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner strategically with operational leadership and Human Resources to support workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, networking, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining quality hiring standards and candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment analytics and hiring metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness, identify trends, and improve staffing outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators including time-to-fill, turnover trends, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting funnel performance.
- Conduct compensation and labor market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices and support hiring strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of pay scales, compensation structures, and market trends while producing cost analysis reports related to staffing and recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing recruiting data, staffing projections, workforce insights, and operational support as needed.
- Oversee and optimize the use of recruiting technology platforms including applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Develop and maintain employer branding strategies that promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with leadership to create proactive staffing strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Organize and coordinate all recruitment committee meetings, events, hiring initiatives, and recruiting-related activities.
- Lead and mentor recruiters and recruiting support staff to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring regulations.
- Create and maintain job postings, interview guides, recruiting workflows, and recruitment materials.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment and hiring practices.
- Support onboarding and training transition efforts to ensure successful new hire integration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and applicant tracking documentation.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition innovations.
Qualifications Required
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, workforce planning, and hiring best practices.
- Demonstrated success leading high-volume recruiting initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience utilizing recruitment analytics and data-driven recruiting strategies to improve hiring performance.
- Strong understanding of talent pipeline development and workforce forecasting.
- Knowledge of compensation analysis, pay scale development, and labor market trends.
- Experience producing recruitment cost analysis and staffing reports preferred.
- Experience assisting with RFP processes and workforce planning initiatives preferred.
- Experience with recruiting technology platforms including applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, iCIMS, or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships with leadership and operational departments.

Minimum Required Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Experience in call center, customer service, healthcare, or high-volume staffing environments preferred.
- Experience managing recruiting technology platforms and applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Experience with compensation analysis, workforce planning, and recruitment reporting preferred.
- SHRM, PHR, Talent Acquisition, or related HR certifications are a plus.
