Food HACCP Supervisor
Food HACCP Supervisor
This role directs the day to day activities of the HACCP Technicians to ensure compliance with company, industry and governmental standards and assists with the development and reassessment of assigned location’s HACCP and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) program regulations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: **
Assist QA Manager in monitoring HACCP & SSOP for data collection, coordination and distribution.
Plan, direct and review the activities of HACCP Technicians
Manage facility microbiological program
Manage Master Cleaning schedule
Develop and maintain relationship with USDA
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (not hard requirement)
- HACCP Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years HACCP related experienced
- Minimium of 3 years of leadership experience
You should be proficient in:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- FDA Regulations
- USDA Regulations
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Quality Control Experience
