Job Title: Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Atlanta, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join our commercial construction team. This role supports the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.

Important Note:
Only candidates with verified experience in commercial construction will be considered. Residential construction experience does not meet the requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing on-site activities for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Maintain daily logs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support project scheduling, logistics, and material deliveries
• Troubleshoot field issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, codes, and processes
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
