Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Strategic Business Analyst:
Â

• Facilitate and produce comprehensive business requirements

• Author technology solicitation content such as RFPs

• Conduct in-depth technology research and analysis

• Generate graphics, analytics, and dashboards to visualize business analysis data

• Create and explain business architecture and "swim lane" diagrams

Required Skills for the Strategic Business Analyst:
Â

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working at a public agency or with government customers

• Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting technology research and analysis

• Minimum of 8 years' experience facilitating and producing business requirements

• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint

• Certifications in ITIL and BA in requirements gathering preferred

• Experience with Power BI & Power Automate is a plus
