Your Weekend Role

As our Weekend On-Call RN youll serve as the clinical touchpoint for patients and families from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday at 8:00 AM . Whether responding to urgent symptom needs providing guidance or offering emotional support youll be the trusted voice and presence they count on when their regular care team is off-duty.

Who Were Looking For

• Current Georgia RN license

• Valid drivers license dependable transportation and automobile insurance

• 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)

• Hospice or home health experience is a plus

• Clinical confidence strong communication skills and a commitment to comfort-focused care

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to on-call needs for symptom management comfort care and emotional support

• Deliver high-quality compassionate nursing care per physician orders

• Educate patients and caregivers about disease progression nutrition and self-care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity of care

• Document all interventions and communications accurately and in a timely manner
