Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Civil Engineering Intern to join our Atlanta, GA office.

Your role

• Provide administrative and operations support related to waterline and sewer line replacement projects, and modifications at wastewater treatment plants.
• Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports.
• Conduct simple calculations and literature searches
• Coordinates operation within organization unit to ensure consistency with policies and procedures.

About you

• EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2026).
• EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• SPECIAL SKILLS: Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn. Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases. Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred)
• PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: None

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
