Onboarding Specialist
- Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework or equivalent prior professional experience.
- Prior experience working with background checks, I-9 employment verification, certifications and licensure, and/or compliance processes within a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and maintaining records.
- Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using systems, databases, and available resources to support informed and compliant decision-making.
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- This position is fully in-office and requires onsite work at Perimeter Summit.
