We are seeking an Onsite Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This vital role will focus on fostering a culture of safety while ensuring compliance with all workplace safety regulations. You'll play a key part in safeguarding our team and operations by implementing robust safety practices and maintaining our commitment to a risk-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Workplace Safety Act as a competent person for the project, identifying potential hazards and ensuring immediate corrective actions are implemented.
• Perform Safety Inspections Conduct weekly safety reviews, document findings, and report to the Safety Operations Manager.
• Train and Educate Lead engaging training sessions such as "Toolbox Talks" and morning stretch sessions to reinforce safety standards.
• Enforce Compliance Monitor and uphold OSHA regulations as well as company safety policies on all assigned projects.
• Maintain Safety Records Complete accurate documentation for safety plans, inspections, incidents, and other site-specific needs.

What Were Seeking:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills Build and maintain relationships with teams while remaining approachable and solution-oriented.
• Attention to Detail Ability to identify risks quickly and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Bilingual Proficiency Fluency in English and Spanish is a valuable plus.
• Experience with OSHA standards, safety management, and training certifications is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular travel to project locations across the U.S.
