Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (up to 36 hours/week)
Office Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
About the Role
We are a small, patient-centered behavioral healthcare private practice seeking a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who truly enjoys helping people. This role combines medical front desk responsibilities with paid training to become a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician/Coordinator.

What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Answer phones and respond promptly to electronic messages
- Schedule appointments and manage patient and provider calendars
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations
- Work efficiently within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Assist with pre-billing tasks and basic record keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized medical charts
- Support referral tracking, reporting, and basic marketing initiatives
Clinical Support (Paid Training Provided):
- Train to perform duties as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician/Coordinator
- Assist patients throughout their TMS treatment experience
- Follow established clinical protocols and office procedures
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Must live in Georgia (position is onsite in Marietta, GA)
- At least one year of medical office experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the Marietta office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to data management software a plus
- Experience with insurance verification, billing, or prior authorizations
- Experience addressing patient questions regarding medical conditions or symptoms
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
